Thomas Hudson Cardwell was born Feb. 25th 2005 at 1:18 pm. He weighed 8 lb 6 oz. Since that day he has grown into a smart, respectful, sweet, funny, expressive & handsome boy. He loves everyone he meets especially his little brother. He loves palette night (with dad and brother), dancing with mom, watching t.v., learning to read, and playing with all things plane related. When he grows up he says he is going to be a "swat man". Each day that we spend with Hudson is a gift that we cherish.
This year Hudson requested a pool party and so we found an indoor pool and invited everyone we knew. He helped with deciding on 3 cupcake flavors, smores, peanut butter/banana and vanilla with strawberry filling and was an expert taste tester as we perfected the recipes. We also got to celebrate on Friday at his school with Dunkin' Doughnuts (his request) and enjoyed Bryan teaching a weather lesson to give Ms. Harrell a break. Friday night we went for Chilis (another choice by the birthday boy) and Hudson opened all his presents from family and friends from far away which kept him and Harrison busy the rest of the weekend.
This was a special birthday for him... I am not sure why exactly. Whatever the reason it turned out great and was a fun filled weekend for all of us.
