Getting Fit

Three Things We Are Doing to become more Fit while Reducing Our Carbon Footprint.


BODY PUMP
This program is a 75 min. full body strength training program using free weights and it is HARD but we love it. We have been going for 2 1/2 months now 2 -3 times per week.

Organic Milk
Love it! If you haven't tried Organic Milk, TRY IT! It is so much sweeter than regular milk and it lasts longer before expiration so for us that is worth the extra cost.

MEATLESS MONDAYS


AND, the most challenging one for one of us... we are going meatless twice a week for several reasons but one is the amount of energy and water it takes to produce 1 lb. of beef. I was shocked by the statistics. Cutting out meat one day a week is a better option for conserving water than not showering all together. WOW! And our bodies will be healthier as well.
