





I tried to make a Pumpkin cake using bundt pans, 2 problems - should have done one more normal flat layer to make it taller and the icing had to be so thick to stick on the cake that it was LOADED with confectioners sugar. I could have been more creative around the bottom but I had been working on the cake for around 4 hours off and on and just wanted it to be done. The good news is I learned ALOT and it will NOT take me this long ever again.
