In his new Thomas pjs from Papoo. This weekend Papoo came in to visit and we decided to head up to Birmingham for the night on Saturday. Bryan had been wanting to go to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course Resort called Renaissance at Ross Bridge for awhile now so I hopped online and made our reservations. What a great place to stay! The first night we stayed in because it was storming on the drive up and their were several wrecks which made our drive 2 times longer than normal so we ate the Clubhouse Restaurant and took Hudson to the pool. The next morning we ate breakfast, swam again, of course and headed to Birmingham to strool, shop and have lunch before Papoo's flight. We relaxed at Barnes and Nobles, went to the Galaria and ate at Stix the new PF Chang's where you choose Chinese or Japanese when you walk in the door. Also this weekend I got a facial for the first time at the Aveda Spa and Bryan & Papoo put in the new undermount microwave and stove. In addition Hudson got a very special package from Mom A with a Fire Coat and Fire Boots.
