Yesterday evening snow started to fall in Cheyenne for the first time this season. Our last snow fall was in May of this year. High winds and wet snow continued throughout the night and left about 2 inches on the ground this morning with 4-6 more expected throughout the day today. Dad took Hudson out for a minute last night for his first snow experience but the wind in the leaves caught his attention more. This was the end to a perfect Sunday at the Cardwell home. We started bright and early at church and stayed through half of the third service to support some of our missile friends during the baptism of their little girls. After church we went to Pizza Hut for lunch and then back home to veg on the couch with a fire in the fire place. After getting the wonderful news of a future new family member we decided to venture out in the snow for some Dairy Queen and then back home to watch our favorite Sunday night shows on television. Today Bryan had to go into work but hopefully they will get sent home due to snow and we can start another lazy snow day.
